Efteor and Le Composant become part of Groupe Chaumont – a newly established Swiss industrial platform dedicated to the manufacture of movements and components for Haute Horlogerie.

The platform brings together four founding companies: Efteor, Le Composant, Telos Watch and Henri Robert, combining complementary expertise across the Haute Horlogerie value chain. The transaction responds to growing demand for suppliers offering quality, capacity, traceability and long-term stability. Groupe Chaumont strengthens Switzerland's fragmented supply market while preserving the operational independence of each founding company.

Groupe Chaumont was established on the initiative of VAM Investments, an investor specialising in consolidation strategies, with Umberto Macchi di Cellere as Chief Executive Officer – formerly head of Bulgari Horlogerie and a member of the Bulgari Group's executive management.

Efteor was founded in 2011 in Bassecourt (Canton Jura) by Leonis Tafaj. The company produces watch cases and clasps in precious metals for the ultra-luxury segment in limited series. Approximately 55 employees manufacture the products predominantly by hand – an approach that, in today's market environment, is not a constraint but a deliberate choice. It is precisely this philosophy that positions Efteor as a sought-after partner for the great Maisons of Haute Horlogerie.
Le Composant was founded in Bassecourt (Canton Jura) by Leonis Tafaj and other employees in 2015. Le Composant specializes in oscillating weights and bracelets in precious metals intended for high-end and very high-end brands.
