GriffSoft, a Hungarian IT company specializing in business management software and ERP systems, acquired a significant minority stake in Attrecto Zrt., a company focused on AI-driven digital solutions for domestic and international clients.

The transaction, advised by IMAP Hungary on behalf of GriffSoft, enhances GriffSoft’s capabilities in digitalization and supports Attrecto’s “Moon Landing” project, announced the previous year. Attrecto’s founder-partners and independent management opted for a strategic partnership with GriffSoft over financial investors to further their business development. This deal strengthens GriffSoft’s service offerings for businesses, fiscal institutions, and municipalities while aligning with Attrecto’s mission to prepare clients for an AI-driven era.
