Groupe GCA, the fourth-largest automotive distribution group in France, acquired GSVI, the leading DAF Trucks dealer in France, from its founding family shareholders.

Founded in 1989 and headquartered in southern France, GSVI operates 16 sites across four regions — Nouvelle-Aquitaine, Occitanie, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, and Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur — providing distribution, maintenance, and repair services for DAF heavy goods vehicles. The acquisition marks Groupe GCA's entry into the commercial vehicle market and a significant expansion of its geographic footprint, with the acquired business rebranded as GCA Trucks.
