Committed Capital has acquired a majority stake in Plantosys B.V., strengthening its growth ambitions. 

Committed Capital is a Dutch private equity firm, focussing on profitable SME companies in the Netherlands.

Plantosys develops, produces and distributes biostimulants and fertilizers.

The IMAP Netherlands team, consisting of Tim ten Beitel, and Paul Kloosterman, acted as the exclusive advisor for Plantosys.
