Argos Wityu, a European private equity firm, has acquired a majority stake in Monviso, a leading Italian producer of bakery products. Vitale (IMAP Italy) acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Argos Wityu in the transaction, supporting the firm throughout the acquisition process. The deal aims to accelerate Monviso's growth and international expansion, leveraging Argos Wityu’s strategic and operational expertise.

Monviso is a prestigious Italian food manufacturer founded in Turin in 1936. For nearly 90 years, the company has produced high-quality, health-oriented dry bakery goods—such as rusks, biscuits, bread substitutes, breadsticks, croutons—and has been a pioneer in offering products that are palm oil free, organic, gluten free, and low salt.
