Zdenek has over 10 years of experience in corporate finance and M&A advisory. Throughout his career, he has successfully closed numerous transactions, including both sell-side and buy-side mandates, as well as international cross-border deals.

As a member of the IMAP Redbaenk team, he has advised large international corporations, family offices, private equity funds, and owners of well-established private companies.

Zdenek holds a degree in Finance from the University of Central Oklahoma, where he graduated with Magna cum laude honors. He is a CFA charterholder and has completed multiple specialized courses in financial modeling and business valuation.
