Katie is a Director at TM Capital. She has over 20 years of experience in the consumer and business services sectors and has completed a broad range of M&A transactions for founder-owned businesses and financial sponsors.

Prior to joining TM Capital, Katie was on the equity investment committee at Earnest Partners, an institutional asset manager with over $20B in assets under management. Prior to that, she was founder and CEO of a consumer business in London, responsible for all aspects of the business, including fundraising, technology development, marketing, finance, and operations. She also spent over a decade in corporate strategy and M&A leadership roles across developed and emerging markets.

Katie is a graduate of Georgia Tech’s School of Chemical and Biomechanical Engineering with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering. She is also a member of the CFA Institute and CFA Society Atlanta.

Katie is originally from Vermont and currently lives in Atlanta, with her husband and three children. Outside of work, Katie enjoys staying active and is a keen runner, having completed eight marathons, including the New York, Berlin, London, Paris, and Boston races.
