IMAP Italy (Vitale & Co.) advised the shareholders of Gesa, the holding company owning the leading retail chain based on chocolate with the brand CioccolatItaliani and the innovative pizzeria format with the brand PIE – Pizzeria Italiana Espressa, in the sale of a minority stake to the joint private equity fund MIR Capital, set up by Gazprombank and Intesa Sanpaolo
