IMAP is pleased to announce the successful sale of FHB Group, a leading Slovak and Central European provider of e-commerce fulfillment and cross-border logistics solutions, to euShipments, a European e-commerce fulfillment and delivery group and part of Österreichische Post.

FHB Group provides comprehensive logistics services including warehousing and order fulfillment, cross-border delivery, returns management and cash-on-delivery solutions. The company operates two fulfillment centers near Bratislava – in Svätý Jur and Triblavina – with a combined area of approximately 50,000 sq.m. and advanced automation and technology infrastructure.

The acquisition strengthens euShipments’ presence in Slovakia and Central and Southeastern Europe and expands its network to twelve owned fulfillment centers across Europe. The combination of FHB Group’s fulfillment capabilities, automation and local expertise with euShipments’ international network will further enhance the group’s capacity to support e-commerce merchants with scalable fulfillment and logistics solutions.

IMAP Redbaenk acted as the financial advisor to 50% shareholders of FHB Group on the transaction.
