Prevas has signed an agreement to acquire the company Autsyde AB. The company delivers products, solutions and consulting services to industrial companies, particularly in the process and energy sectors. The acquisition strengthens Prevas industrial system business.
Autsyde has extensive expertise in industrial automation, process analysis and distributed control systems. Customers include Siemens, Fortum and technical mills. The company is based in Finspång and Norrköping and employs around 10 people.

Autsyde fits very well into our structure and strengthens our presence both in the process industry and in energy companies that are a new focus area for us, says Christer Ramebäck, head of industrial systems at Prevas.
Besides skilled automation consultants, Autsyde also have a well established product named AutArch, which helps customers to monitor, analyze and improve the operation of small systems up to large complex process plants.
