AM Healthcare Group, a market-leading international healthcare products and services provider focused on enhancing mobility and accessibility, has acquired Gardeslen Orthopaedie, a leading Dutch provider of orthopaedic care. The transaction strengthens AM Healthcare Group's position in the Dutch orthopaedic market.

Founded in 1985 and headquartered in Goes, Gardeslen Orthopaedie specialises in the design, production, and fitting of custom-made orthopaedic devices, offering a comprehensive range of solutions including prosthetics, insoles, leg braces, and mobility aids. The company serves patients through a network of eight locations across Zeeland and Noord-Brabant, and has built a strong regional reputation for high-quality, patient-centric care delivered in close collaboration with healthcare professionals.

AM Healthcare Group operates across orthotics, prosthetics, and wheelchairs through a network of specialist businesses across the UK, Ireland, and Continental Europe, combining local clinical expertise with international resources and in-house manufacturing capabilities. The acquisition provides Gardeslen Orthopaedie with access to AM Healthcare's broader expertise, operational resources, and international network, while preserving its local identity and long-standing relationships with patients and referral partners.
