Groupe Inessens, a major French player in label printing with nine printing houses, has acquired 100% of Le Sanglier Packaging Edition, the French leader in the design and manufacture of premium packaging for champagne, wines and spirits, and cosmetics.

Founded in 1969 and based in the Ardennes, Le Sanglier is a family-owned business with over 50 years of expertise in high-end packaging solutions for the luxury sector. The transaction was initiated by founder and President Jean-François Aertgeets as part of a planned business succession, with the objective of finding a partner capable of preserving Le Sanglier's craftsmanship and supporting its continued development in luxury markets. The acquisition strengthens Inessens' positioning in the premium packaging segment.
