MCI Capital has agreed to acquire a 67.5% stake in Klinika Miracki, one of Poland's leading aesthetic medicine clinic networks. The founders will remain significant shareholders and continue to be actively involved in the business. MCI will support the company's further growth through network expansion, development of its medical services offering, selected acquisitions and investments in technology and digital solutions. The transaction remains subject to agreed closing conditions.

The founders and existing shareholders of Klinika Miracki, who will remain significant shareholders following the transaction.
