Holland Capital has acquired HuisartsenHulp, a Dutch specialist in personnel solutions for the primary healthcare sector. Through its digital platform, HuisartsenHulp efficiently matches supply and demand, supporting healthcare providers with both temporary and structural staffing solutions.

The company has built a strong nationwide network of healthcare professionals and serves general practitioner practices, health centres and GP out-of-hours services, helping address capacity constraints and ensure continuity of care.

As part of the transaction, HuisartsenHulp will be combined with CareAbout to form a complementary platform focused on staffing and support solutions in the Dutch primary healthcare sector. The combination enhances nationwide coverage and positions the platform for further growth amid ongoing structural personnel shortages.
