Philippe Azevedo is Managing Partner at Indosuez Corporate Advisory, covering the Transport, Logistics, Automotive and Business Services sectors. Philippe began his career in 2005 in the Corporate Finance department of H. et Associés. In 2012, he joined Philippe Hottinguer Finance as Director of M&A activities, executing leveraged buyouts, capital raises, IPOs, public takeover bids and capital increases. In September 2015, he joined Crédit Agricole Midcap Advisors as Regional Director for the North region, and was appointed Associate Director of the North and Île-de-France regional division in 2020. In 2024, he took on the role of Managing Director in charge of the South-East region, before becoming Managing Partner upon the creation of Indosuez Corporate Advisory.

Philippe holds a Master's degree specialising in financial markets from ESG Finance School.
