IMAP UK Debt Advisory advised MedBrief in a debt financing transaction

IMAP UK Debt Advisory have advised MedBrief in a recently completed debt financing transaction.

The MedBrief group of companies services clients from secure data centre regions across the globe. Established in 2015, the group has grown to be a recognised leader in providing technology-enabled solutions for the significant time and cost challenges associated with medical data management and medical-legal case management.

Graham Cooke, Partner, commented: “Delighted to have advised and supported our client MedBrief in securing new debt facilities with NatWest. Thanks to Adam and Matthew for trusting us and to Lauren at NatWest for her hard work and support over recent months. I'm sure they will both have a longstanding relationship going forward."

“With this facility, we have been able to align our invoicing terms for solicitors working on a contingency or deferred fee basis with their practice models. We are grateful to IMAP Debt Advisory for its support and NatWest for concluding the facility, which helps us continue to deliver our innovative range of services to a broad client base as they grow and support their own clients.” commented Adam Stead, CEO, MedBrief.

“NatWest are delighted to have worked alongside IMAP Debt Advisory in supporting MedBrief Services on their growth journey through the provision of a new debt facility and wider banking support. One of our five focus areas at NatWest is to support the innovators, and the deal team believes MedBrief exemplifies this fully through their development of new innovative technology. We are excited to see MedBrief’s continued evolution and expansion and are excited for the role this new facility will play in accelerating their ambitions, with NatWest proud to support them along the way.” said Lauren Hughes, Business Development Manager, NatWest.

The IMAP UK Debt Advisory team consisted of Graham Cooke and Milesh Hindocha.
