IMAP advised Dresselhaus Group, one of Europe's leading suppliers of fastening technology and fasteners for industrial and commercial customers, on the entry of Torqx Capital Partners, owner of pan-European fastener specialist Fabory.
The strategic partnership between Dresselhaus and Fabory unites two complementary technical trade specialists. The aim is to strengthen their market position across Europe, expand their customer base, and pool their expertise in product range, logistics, and digitalization.
The Dresselhaus Group is one of Europe's leading C-parts specialists. The company focuses on fastening technology, connecting elements, special parts, and custom-made parts. This is complemented by digital solutions that integrate customer-specific C-parts into their procurement and production processes. The company is currently undergoing a strategic realignment as part of a restructuring process.
Headquartered in Tilburg (NL), Fabory operates in 13 European countries and employs over 1,000 people. Specializing in high-quality fasteners, the company offers a range of over 400,000 products and has a particularly strong position in the Benelux countries and Central Europe.
