WSA Retail, a leading provider of hearing care solutions, has acquired IntoEars & Oogvoororen, a provider of high-quality hearing care services with locations across the Netherlands and Belgium.

The acquisition supports WSA Retail’s strategy of strengthening its position in the Benelux hearing care market and expanding access to specialized hearing solutions for people with hearing loss. Following completion of the transaction, IntoEars and Oogvoororen will continue to operate under their existing brands, while Oorwerk, which is already part of WSA Retail, will continue its activities unchanged. As part of the transaction, Angelique de Wit, General Manager of Oorwerk, will also assume responsibility as General Manager of IntoEars & Oogvoororen.
