Vitec Software Group AB, a leading Swedish provider of vertical software listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, has acquired Roidu Oy, a Finnish SaaS company specialising in patient, customer, and employee experience solutions for the healthcare and social welfare sectors.

Founded in 2008 and headquartered in Tampere, Roidu develops omnichannel feedback and experience management software for healthcare providers and social welfare organisations. Its flagship product, MyRoidu, enables real-time insights through SMS, email, websites, mobile and tablet applications, embedded apps, verbal surveys, and QR codes, supporting data-driven decision-making through a fully customisable interface. The platform holds a market-leading position among Finland's wellbeing services counties. Roidu employs 17 people and has annual recurring revenue of over €2.5 million.

The acquisition supports Vitec's strategy of growing through targeted acquisitions of high-quality vertical software businesses in niche markets. Vitec employs approximately 1,570 people across its group companies and reported net sales of SEK 2,778 million in 2023.
