IMAP is pleased to announce that Trigon - IMAP Poland advised ATAL on the successful issuance of 2-year bonds, raising PLN 130m - securing the lowest spread in the company's history.

To date, Trigon has helped ATAL raise approximately PLN 540m across four bond issues since 2023, demonstrating our long-term partnership and commitment to consistently delivering results that exceed expectations.

ATAL, one of Poland’s leading residential developers, has been shaping the real estate market for over 30 years. With a presence in eight regional markets, the company currently has 42 projects under construction and 41 in the pipeline, reinforcing its strong growth trajectory.
