MTS Euro Products B.V. has acquired the activities of Holland Papier Groep B.V. This step marks an important milestone in the ambition of both organizations to serve customers and partners even better.

M.T.S. Euro Products is a leading one-stop-shop supplier of high-quality hygiene and sanitary products under its own brand as well as private label and other brands.

Holland Papier Groep is active in the import and export of hygiene paper, non-woven cleaning cloths, garbage bags, cleaning products, soap, air fresheners and dispensers.

The IMAP Netherlands team, led by Jan-Pieter Borst, Remco van Gulijk and Iris Karthaus, advised M.T.S. Euro Products on this acquisition.
