Golden Sea, a Guangzhou-based global player in live entertainment technology listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, has acquired a majority stake in Follow-Me Tracking Solutions, a leading Dutch provider of performer tracking systems for the live entertainment industry. Follow-Me will retain its independent status and continue to be headquartered in the Netherlands under its existing management team.

Founded in 2016, Follow-Me has built a strong reputation for innovative, fixture-agnostic performer tracking solutions tailored to the demands of touring, events, theatre, broadcast, themed entertainment, and permanent installations. Its product portfolio includes the Track-iT automated tracking system and DELT?, its latest generation manual performer tracking system. The company is led by co-founder and Technical Director Erik Berends and Managing Director Marc van der Wel.

The acquisition provides Follow-Me with access to Golden Sea's global R&D resources, manufacturing capacity, and international distribution network, enabling the company to accelerate product development and expand its reach into new market segments. The acquisition marks Golden Sea's third European acquisition, following Ayrton in France and SGM in Denmark, further strengthening its presence in the European live entertainment technology market.
