IMAP has advised the shareholders of Cpro GROUP (“Cpro”), a leading SAP consultancy for the German mid-sized market, on the acquisition by Egeria as a new investor.

Founded in 2003 in Hamburg, Cpro is a provider of comprehensive SAP consulting services with a focus on SAP S/4HANA, SAP CX, and Application Management Services. With approximately 500 employees across 13 locations, the group primarily serves larger SME customers in Germany. Its sectoral expertise spans industrial production, consumer goods, logistics, healthcare, food, as well as infrastructure/utilities.

Egeria is an independent, pan-European investment firm founded in 1997 that specializes in investments in mid-sized companies. Egeria invests in healthy businesses with an enterprise value of up to 500 million euros. The private equity portfolio of Egeria currently includes investments in over 20 companies, collectively generating total revenues of approximately 2.5 billion euros and employing more than 14,000 people.
