Borromin Capital Fund V, an independent private equity firm focused on medium-sized businesses in German-speaking Europe and the Benelux, has acquired a majority stake in Hollanddak Groep B.V., a leading provider of roofing services for technically complex flat roofs with a particular focus on industrial and logistics buildings. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Founded in 1999 and headquartered in Waalwijk, Hollanddak has developed into a one-stop shop for flat roof services, covering the entire lifecycle of medium and large-scale flat roofs across the logistics, commercial, and industrial sectors. Its service offering spans new-build projects, renovation work, maintenance, and ad-hoc service activities. The company has established long-standing relationships with property developers, construction companies, real estate investors, and property managers, and has built a strong reputation for reliably delivering technically demanding projects through a combination of deep expertise, structured project management, and consistent quality under tight timelines and challenging conditions.

Together with Hollanddak's management, Borromin will support the company's strategic development and geographical expansion, further strengthening its position as a leading lifecycle-oriented industrial roofing platform.
