BlueMill, has acquired a majority stake in the newly formed Visi Group, which brings together two leading suppliers to the graphic media industry: AtéCé Graphic Products, based in Uitgeest, and Wifac, based in Mijdrecht. Together, AtéCé and Wifac employ 131 people and generate combined revenues of approximately €100 million.
The combination unites AtéCé’s large-scale graphic production capabilities with Wifac’s strong service organisation and application expertise, including 24/7 support. This creates a more robust and competitive platform, well-positioned to serve the evolving needs of the graphic media market with a broad and highly complementary product and service offering.
Wifac, led by Marcel Otto, focuses on the sale, installation and maintenance of printing presses and pre-press equipment, as well as consumables and related services. With operations in the Netherlands and Belgium, Wifac acts as a one-stop-shop for the graphic industry across the Benelux region, offering a comprehensive portfolio of machinery, parts, consumables, and round-the-clock service support.
Visi Group provides a strong foundation for entrepreneurship, customer-centricity, and specialist expertise, while serving as a platform for continued organic growth and targeted buy-and-build opportunities across Europe.
IMAP Netherlands acted as exclusive M&A advisor to Wifac on this transaction. The IMAP Netherlands team, led by Chris Keizer, supported the shareholders throughout the entire process.
