Arum S.p.A. and Dompé Holdings S.r.l. have launched a voluntary public tender offer for all ordinary shares of BF S.p.A., an Italian holding company active in the distribution of agricultural inputs and services and integrated agro-industrial operations.

BF S.p.A. operates across the distribution of fertilizers, crop protection products, seeds, and cereals, combining agricultural production with the processing of packaged food products. The group represents one of Italy's principal platforms at the intersection of agricultural inputs distribution and agro-industrial processing.
