IMAP is pleased to announce the successful completion of an asset deal in which ARICOMA, a major European IT holding company, has acquired the infrastructure business division of DATRON.

DATRON is a specialized IT services provider with a strong foothold in the public sector. Through the acquisition of DATRON’s infrastructure operations, ARICOMA has significantly strengthened its regional market position.

A member of the KKCG conglomerate, ARICOMA is a Czech-based holding company focused on end-to-end IT services and digital transformation across Europe. With consolidated annual revenues of €400 million, ARICOMA employs 1,600 professionals and serves more than 6,000 customers through 30+ branches.
