Advised the French group Biscuits Bouvard in the acquisition of 70% stake in Eurocakes S.p.A., a leading Italian company active in the production of sponge-based snacks. Altogether Biscuits Bouvard and Euro Cakes employ around 1,250 staff and achieve annual sales of about EUR 260m. Through the acquisition, Biscuits Bouvard will now earn 32 % of its turnover outside France. Euro Cakes is an Italian leading producer of private-label sponge cakes.
