Mark is a Vice President at IMAP Netherlands. He studied Business Administration at the University of Groningen and obtained his Master’s degree through the Open University. Prior, he worked for more than 11 years at Rabobank in various corporate banking roles. As a Financing Specialist within Corporate Clients, he was closely involved in, among other things, syndicated financings and leveraged buyout financings.

Within IMAP Netherlands, he is active in mergers and acquisitions and provides specific expertise in the field of debt advisory.
