Indra is an Associate Partner at IMAP UK with over 15 years' deal experience across the UK, Europe, North America and India, specialising in Healthcare and Technology M&A. He advises private mid-market businesses, including founder-led, owner-managed or PE/VC-backed companies on exit, drawing on his buy-side experience with strategic acquirers. He has worked in-house leading the sale of a mid-market business to a PE-backed platform before supporting its buy-and-build expansion.

Indra began his career with a major dual-listed investment bank, and has also worked within a global family office, before joining the IMAP network in 2017. His research on value creation in M&A has been published and presented at leading conferences. He holds a PhD and MSc in Finance, and a BE in Chemical Engineering.
