IMAP welcomes a new partner firm in Portugal - Invest Corporate Finance

Monday, January 28, 2019 — Invest Corporate Finance in Portugal joins IMAP as the exclusive corporate finance partner for M&A activities in Portugal.

IMAP is an international mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance advisory partnership and, with the addition of the Portuguese team, is now located in 40 countries worldwide. IMAP advisors executed 208 transactions in 2018 with total disclosed value worth over USD 10 billion.

The Invest Corporate Finance team of eight professionals has been responsible for, at different levels, the advisory of major infrastructure and corporate deals for over 25 years, with deal experience covering the Utilities, Transportation, Health-Care, Distribution, Industry, Shipping, Media, Food & Beverage and Telecoms sectors.  Invest Corporate Finance is a joint-venture of the management team together with Banco Invest, one of the premier Portuguese banks serving the mid-cap sector.
