Trigon (IMAP Poland) advised and acted as Joint Bookrunner in Novaturas Group’s IPO on the Warsaw and Vilnius stock exchanges

Trigon advised Novaturas Group, the largest tour operator in the Baltic region by turnover and by PAX sold with market share of 44% in 2017, on its Initial Public Offering on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and NASDAQ OMX Vilnius. Novaturas is a portfolio company of private equity firm Enterprise Investors, which partly exited its investment in the IPO. In total, 2 104 648 shares (27% of share capital) were placed with investors at an IPO price of EUR 10.50 per share. The deal value amounted to EUR 22.1 million.​​​​​
