Capstone Headwaters advises Research Electro-Optics, Inc. on its sale to Excelitas Technologies Corp.

Capstone Headwaters, LLC has advised Research Electro-Optics, Inc. (“REO” or the “Company”) on its sale to Excelitas Technologies Corp., a portfolio company of AEA Investors. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

REO is a leading provider of complex optical solutions including optical design, fabrication, high end optical coatings and sub-system level assemblies for industrial technology, aerospace and defense, microelectronics and medical end-markets. Based in Boulder, Colorado, REO delivers industry leading performance, reliability and value to its blue-chip customer base.
