As part of a competitive process, VIA optronics GmbH has structured medium-term debt financing in the double-digit millions. With a focus on growth, the funds made available will be used for working capital and inorganic growth. The aim of the project was to structure flexible financing and at the same time, to optimize the financing conditions. The financing was provided by two selected international banks.
VIA optronics is a fast-growing international market leader in display refinement and all related solutions. Its award-winning technologies enable thinner, more robust, low-reflecting and energy-saving (touch) displays. The company generated sales of approximately €40 million in the 2014 financial year. The production facilities in Germany and China enable VIA optronics to operate internationally and to support major Fortune 500 customers in various market segments such as consumer electronics, automotive and industrials.
