IMAP advises on transaction in the field of hydraulics

The Hydraulik Nord GmbH Group, based in Parchim (Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania), has acquired KMF Kemptener Maschinenfabrik GmbH, Kempten (Bavaria) from Nußbaum Group. Hydraulik Nord and KMF develop and produce complementary hydraulic products.

With this acquisition, Hydraulik Nord strengthens its mobile hydraulics division and takes an important step towards becoming a system supplier for the agricultural machinery, construction and commercial vehicle industries.

With this sale, the Nußbaum Group is continuing its focus on automotive lifting platforms and parking systems.

The location in Kempten will continue and be further developed under the existing management.
