Saelens Corporation, a Wisconsin-based precision manufacturing platform, has completed a recapitalisation with LongueVue Capital, a New Orleans-based middle market equity investment firm, alongside a sale-leaseback of two manufacturing facilities to Royal Oak Trust. The transaction closed in late 2025 and financial terms were not disclosed.
Headquartered in Johnson Creek, Wisconsin, Saelens operates under the trade names Diamond Precision Products and Coupling Nut Supply, specialising in highly automated CNC machining of mission-critical components for OEM customers across diverse industrial end markets. Through its subsidiary Lembak Global Sourcing, the company also provides international sourcing and CNC manufacturing services including operations in Vietnam. Saelens employs over 230 people across more than 200,000 square feet of combined manufacturing space.
As part of the transaction, Royal Oak Trust acquired two facilities in Johnson Creek and Milwaukee, Wisconsin — totalling 185,000 square feet across 20 acres — and leased them back to Saelens under long-term agreements, releasing capital to support the company's growth. LongueVue Capital's investment provides Saelens with transformational growth capital to further advance its automation capabilities and capitalise on reshoring activity in its core markets.
Capstone Partners – IMAP USA acted as exclusive financial advisor to Saelens Corporation on the transaction.
