Bickel Auto AG, a leading BMW and MINI dealership group in Eastern Switzerland, has been sold to HESS Automobile Group AG as part of a long-term succession solution. Founded and managed for nearly 20 years by Beatrice and Andreas Bickel, the company has built a strong regional market position through its locations in Frauenfeld and Weinfelden and its focus on premium customer service.

The transaction ensures continuity for employees, customers, and business partners while creating a solid foundation for future growth under the ownership of HESS Automobile Group. All approximately 80 employees and apprentices will be retained, and both dealership locations will continue operating under the established Bickel Auto brand.
