Advised Wexman AB on its sale to Lifco AB

Lifco AB, a unit of Carl Bennet AB, agreed to acquire an undisclosed majority interest in Wexman AB, a TIDAHOLM-based apparel cutting and sewing contractor and manufacturer of work clothes.

 

Wexman manufactures and sells warning clothes, protective clothing, workwear, profile clothes and work clothes of the highest possible quality for professional use. Everything from product development, design and manufacturing to warehousing and marketing makes Wexman themselves and puts the highest possible demands on materials, sewing and functions. Sales are made directly to end customers without any intermediary intermediaries. The goal is to offer its customers best value for money, in all respects. Highest possible quality at the lowest possible price. The company's comprehensive range includes collections designed and developed for the Crafts, Construction & Construction industry; Food & Transportation; Digging & Shoveling as well as Forest Offices.

 

The company's dominant customer group is owned companies with 5 - 30 employees. Today, customers are primarily in Sweden, but demand and export share is constantly increasing to countries such as Finland, Norway, Poland, Germany, Austria, the Czech Republic and the Netherlands.

 

Lifco is a financial group focusing on investments in specific niche markets.
