Marc is a Director in the Investment Banking Group at Amherst Partners. He has more than 10 years of experience across a range of industries with a focus in healthcare services, life sciences and medical technology. Over the course of his career, he has advised on over $2 billion of M&A transactions and has raised over $1.5 billion in both public and private debt and equity financings.
Prior to joining Amherst, Marc was a Vice President at Houlihan Lokey where he focused on executing M&A transactions and private financings on behalf of his clients in the healthcare services industry. Prior to that, he served as an Associate at Wasserstein Perella & Co. and Prudential Vector Healthcare, a division of Prudential Securities, where he began his investment banking career.
In addition to his investment banking roles, Marc has extensive experience as a small business owner and operator. Starting with a single location, he grew his company to a multi-unit, 150+ employee business, transforming it from a startup into a market leader through the development and meticulous execution of strategic operating plans.
Marc earned his Bachelor’s of Business Administration from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
