Jürgen Wollenschläger has been a Member of the “Consumer Group Advisory Board” at IMAP in Germany since 2017.
In over 25 years as a Consultant and Managing Director in the consumer goods industry, Jürgen has faced numerous business challenges and has successfully addressed them with the respective team.
The restructuring and reorientation of entire companies to modern brand companies is just as important as the development of new international business units, as well as the development of high-quality brands with international market penetration. The successful support of an M&A process – from business plan to company transfer – closes the line to today’s advisory function for the consumer group.
He advises entrepreneurs of the consumer goods sector on international issues of corporate management and his main focus is on brand management, product and international sales structure. Another current topic of his profession are digitally oriented companies – new markets, new technologies and new business models ‘Brand & Retail’.
Following his Bank Apprenticeship, Jürgen studied Business Administration at the University of Mannheim. As a member of the Steering Committee, he also introduces the enthusiasm for brand management to the Brand Academy of the Brand Association, Berlin.
