Jeremy Falendysz

Jeremy is a Managing Director in the investment banking group at Amherst Partners. He has 15 years of investment banking experience, having completed over 60 corporate finance transactions, representing in excess of $60 billion in total transaction value. Engagements include sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions for public/private enterprises and private equity funds, corporate separations, equity and equity-related capital raises, including IPO and follow-on issuances, as well as debt capital raises.

His clients represent a cross-section of industries, including industrial products, energy, consumer products, automotive/transportation, mining, investment funds, healthcare and technology.

Prior to joining Amherst Partners, Jeremy served as a Vice President in Morgan Stanley’s investment banking division. While working across various industries, he developed an expertise within the energy sector, including assignments in sub-sectors spanning pipelines and terminals, exploration and production, refining, renewables and oilfield services. Prior to his time with Morgan Stanley, he held investment banking positions within UBS’s M&A group and Deutsche Bank’s energy group.

Jeremy earned his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, graduating with Honors. He also obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Michigan, graduating with High Distinction. He is a FINRA-licensed Securities Representative, holding his Series 7 and Series 63 registrations.
