Charles has over 25 years of experience providing investment banking advice to clients. Before joining Capital West Partners in 2015, Charles was Senior Vice President and Head of Corporate Finance in British Columbia for a national accounting firm, where he focused on private company divestitures, acquisitions and financings.
Prior to that, he spent 15 years in investment banking with BMO Nesbitt Thomson, TD Securities and was Managing Director in British Columbia for National Bank Financial. Charles has built-up a reputation for strong client service from the many transactions he has led.
Charles obtained his Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of British Columbia.
