Deal Announcement - Pexymek

IMAP is pleased to announce that Seafire acquired Pexymek, a leading supplier of antenna mounts, cable clamps, cable protection and mangle equipment.

Pexymek also has significant contract production in pipe bending, sheet metal punching, edge pressing, assembly, and packaging. The company is expected to have sales of approximately €4.3 million in 2021. The sellers will continue in their operational roles after the acquisition. Pexymek was established in 1969 and the company currently has 19 employees with operations in Falkenberg, Sweden.

Seafire is a holding group generating growth through the acquisition of profitable companies with an active and long-term ownership strategy. The company was founded in 2016 and focuses on acquiring profitable, smaller companies with development potential. Following the acquisition of Pexymek, Seafire has a portfolio of eight companies and sales of approximately €46 million pro forma.
