Deal Announcement Building - Rackesbutiken

IMAP advised railing products manufacturer and e-commerce company Räckesbutiken on sale to Beijerinvest. Beijerinvest has acquired manufacturing and e-commerce company Räckesbutiken AB. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. 

Räckesbutiken was founded in 2010 by cousins Andreas Wedberg and André Svensson, who together simplified the way to efficiently produce and market glass railings. Via the Company’s websites in 7 countries, customers design and order customized products that are delivered directly to their door. The products are manufactured, packaged and shipped from a manufacturing facility in Southern Sweden. 

Beijerinvest is a family-owned investment company that owns and develops well-managed B2B industrial companies with a strong entrepreneurial culture. It focuses on the long-term, with no predetermined time horizon for investment, seeking to generate value by working closely with existing management. 

The IMAP Sweden team acted as sole financial advisor to Räckesbutiken.
