IMAP appoints new partners to its Team

Being seasoned M&A advisors, Florian Böschen, Christoph Gluschke and Nils Keller will reinforce the group of partners at the Mannheim and Frankfurt offices

At the start of this year IMAP M&A Consultants AG has promoted three new partners from its team, Florian Böschen, Christoph Gluschke and Nils Keller. Being seasoned M&A advisors, they will reinforce the group of partners at the Mannheim and Frankfurt offices .

Founded in 1973, IMAP is one of the oldest and largest organizations for Mergers & Acquisitions globally with offices in more than 43 countries. Colleagues with professional and personal competence are the cornerstone of IMAP's growth and successful client support. With these appointments, IMAP further expands its presence in the market and sets the course for further growth.

Florian Böschen has 15 years of experience in structuring and implementing national and international buy and sell mandates, especially in the real estate sector, and has been with IMAP since 2017. Before joining IMAP, Florian Böschen worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Frankfurt/Main, Vienna and Munich in the area of transaction services and M&A. Most recently, he and his team advised the family office of the Wagner family on the acquisition of a residential quarter in Speyer am Rhein from DEUTSCHE WOHNWERTE GmbH & Co. KG, Heidelberg, as well as the owners of Pfungstädter Brauerei on the sale of the brewery site to the family office of Daniel Hopp.

Christoph Gluschke joined IMAP in 2017 and brings more than 18 years of experience in structuring and implementing national and international buy and sell mandates. Prior to joining IMAP, Christoph Gluschke spent 12 years at Metzler Corporate Finance in Frankfurt. Further stations were HSBC Trinkaus & Burkhardt and Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein. He is specialized in the automotive and industrial sectors. Furthermore, Christoph Gluschke has led numerous transactions on the buy and sell side with companies in insolvency and special situations in recent years. For example, he and his team recently advised J.G. WEISSER SÖHNE GmbH & Co. KG on the sale to the American investor Hardinge Inc. and on the investor solution in the protective shield proceedings of Saurer Spinning Solutions GmbH & Co. KG to Rieter Holding AG.

Nils Keller has more than 15 years of experience in structuring and implementing national and international buy and sell mandates and has been with IMAP since 2014. Prior to that, he accompanied M&A transactions at Bankhaus Lampe in Frankfurt/Main for eight years. In 2012, he completed a secondment in Singapore, where he worked on international M&A transactions. In the past years, Nils Keller has specialized on transactions in the technology & software sector as well as in media and business services. He recently advised tesa SE, an affiliate of Beiersdorf AG, on the sale of its subsidiary tesa scribos GmbH to LEONHARD KURZ Stiftung & Co. KG, as well as ERP software provider GDI on its acquisition by Elvaston Capital Management, amongst others.
