Capstone Partners advised World Education Program International (WEP), a study abroad organization, on its sale to E-Capital. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Headquartered in Brussels, Belgium with subsidiaries in Italy, France, Spain, and Australia, World Education Program (WEP) is one of the world’s largest outbound study-abroad organizations. Offering experiences in 30 countries, WEP recruits large populations of students in Australia, Belgium, France, Italy, and Spain while also maintaining inbound programs in these countries and the US. WEP offers numerous high school programs and other educational and intercultural experiences such as volunteering, language courses, higher education, family immersion, and internships and handles over 10,000 students annually.
