IMAP advises the shareholders of Sushi Circle on the sale to Japanese Zensho Holding
The acquisition marks Zensho's entry into the German market, continuing its strong growth strategy of recent years
IMAP is pleased to announce that sheet metal machining company Blokland Metaalbewerking has been sold to competitor Dumaco. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Blokland manufactures ferrous and non-ferrous semi-finished products from its 2 modern machining production sites in the Netherlands. Founded over 50 years ago, the company is a one-stop-shop specialist with a high reputation in the market.
Dumaco is also a specialist in the sheet metal working field. The company makes parts, assembled products, sub-assemblies and complete installations and has over 200 machines and 700 employees, across 6 locations in the Netherlands. With the acquisition of Blokland, Dumaco strengthens its position in the sheet metal market.
