Trigon (IMAP Poland) advised and acted as intermediary in the transaction where Pfleiderer buys back 3.32% of its shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange
Trigon advised Pfleiderer Group S.A., a leading producer of wood-based panels, on its repurchase of 3.32% of own-shares via a voluntary tender offer on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The transaction value was PLN 80.7m (EUR 19.3 million). Trigon advised and acted as intermediary in the transaction.
This transaction is the second tranche of Pfleiderer's share repurchase program for up to 10% of own shares. The previous tranche took place in October 2017 in which the company repurchased 5% of shares with a transaction value of PLN 152.1 million (EUR 36.5 million).
