Role of IMAP Netherlands
IMAP Netherlands found a suitable candidate for King & Hartman to divest the Network Services activity (formerly NKM), so that Koning & Hartman can concentrate on its core activities. IMAP Netherlands has assisted Koning & Hartman with the entire process. The deal team of IMAP Netherlands consisted of: Axel Fuhri Snethlage and Daan Zandbergen.
Quote Axel Fuhri Snethlage:
"Koning & Hartman mainly focuses on the active layer of the telecom infrastructure, while the activities of Netwerk Services mainly concern the passive layer of the telecom infrastructure (the construction of the network). We have already done a lot of transactions in this segment and therefore know the dynamics of the market well. Netwerk Services is a reputable company with attractive clients and good management. A good starting point for buyers to further expand the company "
Standard Investment takes over Network Services from Koning & Hartman as of 11 April 2017.
Quote from the client:
IMAP is a professional organization that knows the market in which Koning & Hartman is located and has good connections. Oswald Coene, CEO Koning & Hartman said the experience of cooperation with Axel Fuhri Snethlage and Daan Zandbergen was very constructive and professional.
