IMAP appoints Philipp Noack as new partner – promotion from within the company

The partner circle expands with an experienced colleague at the Hamburg office. In October, IMAP M&A Consultants AG expanded its partnership circle by appointing Philipp Noack as a Partner.

Philipp brings extensive expertise in the areas of Building Products & Services, particularly in the market for technical building systems, as well as in Business Services, particularly in the infrastructure environment. A major milestone in his career was the successful sale of the KÖBERL Group to Hungarian B+N Referencia Zrt in 2024. Together with his team, he also advised RELINE UV Group on its acquisition by Bregal Unternehmerkapital and supported the recent sale of AutoProtect GmbH to the LEADING BROKERS UNITED GmbH (GGW Group).

Philipp holds a Master of Science in Corporate and International Finance (M.Sc.) from Durham University, UK, and a Master of Science in Technical Business Administration (M.Sc.) from Clausthal University of Technology.
